Anxiety versus depression …?

Is it the anxiety associated with depression? I had trouble sleeping, but how do I distinguish between the two? I'm struggling with one or the other, but I'm leaning towards the side. All teas to help me sleep.

Yes anxiety and depression are linked. Anxiety can lead to depression because it takes you to both. If something goes really in how you lead a normal life, you should see a psychologist. Do not worry about your own diagnosis. Self-diagnosis is usually not a good thing to do. And to sleep, try to set a routine, just look at how to achieve better sleep. Avoid caffeine late in the day, not eating late, etc.. If you feel like it's more the anxiety, my psychologist urged yoga to feel better. Really focus on breathing. If you think it's more to depression, try to do something that interests you, if you can come up with anything that does. The application of something you can get tired so you can sleep better.
