Ami is very depressed. How can I help him out of depression?
My friend is very, very depressed because she has lost at least one friend every year. They are lost because they stray. This year, she lost three friends, and it is very depressed and can not think of anything positive. She really wants to be depressed too, but she is not sure how she can get over his depression. Please help me find a way to make her happy again and not so depressed. Please
Let him know that you are his friend and that thing, places and people come and go, it is part of the incredible beauty and mysterious pain that is lives. You can not succeed without loss, but let him know that she needs to remember the good times and learn to grow and move forward, it can still stay in touch if they are great friends and will always do more. They will be different, but it has already dealt with the change. Thus, short note as a shoulder to cry on for her ear to talk to him and a friend. The rest, she will find. I hope this helps, I moved around my whole life so I can understand the feelings of loneliness, but they disappear after some time.
