What should I do to help myself with bipolar depression?
My mother is constantly on me because I'm not improving no depression. She keeps saying that I need to "fight". Well, exactly how do I do that? What am I supposed To help put me on that? Honestly, I have no idea. My doctors do not tell me anything just to take these drugs.
Well, for one you not only get better from depression. We both know that. Your mom needs to understand what you your best. I struggled against depression nearly 10 years and several times I wanted to just go away but it does not happen like that. This I'm doing is trying to do something I love, an exit by saying. Music is my outlet. I put songs that take me back a good time in my life. I wish you the best through this. I know how difficult it is in reality.
