We have always complained about the duplicity and deception of our traders and always complained about the issue to our family and our friends and sometimes wish that there is a certain platform where we can file our complaint. Now, the Consumer Forum has been established which provides customers in need to raise their issues against discrimination. Let us first understand this forum consumer? A consumer forum is a legal way to file complaints so that complaints are heard and legal actions could be undertaken against them. In a forum consumner, we just drop a line of consumer complaints . Then someone advised me to file a complaint in the consumer Forum of India. At first I was afraid about filling a complaint from consumers and engage with all legal procedure, but later I came to know that this is an easy to complain about his complaints. Here, we need not run from pillar to pole looking for a lawyer and did not bear the weight of heavy contributions.

In a consumer forum, must complete a consumer complaint online and write about queries. The complaint will be dealt by the team of experts who give advice on legal procedures. The process saves significant time and even many excessive fees. Consumer Forum is helping to protect consumer rights. Our Government has implemented six of the rights of consumers. The six human right to safety, right to information, right to choose, the right to be heard, the right to compensation, the right to consumer education. As consumers, we expect that the six rights that have been implemented by the government should be strictly implemented by the agencies to safeguard the protection costumes.
