1. Kapal Bhati Pranayama: —
Procedure: – Push air forcefully Out. Stomach will itself enter
Duration: – Start with 30 times or 1 min. grow up 5 minutes min. 10 minutes up to max.
Benefits: – Increases Aabha and Tej. help with obesity, constipation, stomach, acidity, Croesus (liver), hepatitis B, uterus, diabetes.
Tips: – heart and high BP patients, and weak people to do it slowly.
2. Anuloma viloma Pranayama: —
Procedure: – Hold your nose with right thumb, inhale from the left. Now open right nasal and close left nasal with middle and ring finger and exhale from the nose right.
Duration: – at least 10 minutes.
Advantages: Useful for heart, high BP, heart block, VAT-CUF-Pit arthritis, cartilage, bent ligaments, fluid sinual reduced, Parkinson's, paralysis,
Tips: – breathe into the lungs not to stomach. no organ in stomach absorb oxygen. Do not rush. Do it slowly. Rest as needed (in any pranayam).
3. Bhastrika Pranayama: —
Procedure: Breathe deeply, then exhale completely.
Duration: – 2 minutes atleast. 5 minutes maximum.
Benefits: – Assistance in the heart, lungs, brain, depression, migraine, paralysis, nervous system. Aabha increase.
4. Baharya Pranayama: —
Procedure: – Breathing air on the chin touches the chest (Jalandhar Bandh), squeeze stomach completely and hold for a while. Then, chin, breathe slowly.
Duration: – 3 times to 5 times normally. Maximum periods up to 11. And until very max 21 times (in winters).
Advantages: – Useful for a stomach hernia, urinal, and uterus
Tips: – no heart and patients with high BP.
5. Bhramri Pranayama: —
Procedure: – Close ears with thumb, index finger on his forehead, and rest three on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in. Now exhale through the nose while humming like a bee.
Duration: – 10 minutes
Advantages: – tension, hypertension, high BP, heart, heart block, paralysis, migraine pain, confidence and concentration.
