Does anyone know any good remedies herbal hirstuism for?

I have polycystic ovarian syndrome which causes Unfortunately, excess facial hair. I am disgusted and frustrated by this problem. I tried the pill (secondary effects are not agree with me) and I can not pay the salaries of pricey hair removal. Can anyone out there offer me advice for this problem? I wonder if anyone try any supplements or remedies based on plants that have worked?

I recommend if you can, get dairy completely for a while. It helps slow down hair growth. Only organic foods and eliminated the sugar. If you want to Sugar I found maple syrup, honey, agave to be better substitutes. I also found to be Rapunzel Rapadura an excellent substitute, and more nourishing for the regular sugar. Do not forget exercise especially yoga helps a lot. And, meditation. Creating a sacred peaceful environment in your home and workplace if possible really helps heal the mind and body. We are really unaware of how our environment and people around us affects our bodies and our minds. Minimize use of plastic, Styrofoam and other such volatile substances that break easily and get in our diet, water body and directly affect our hormonal health. I no longer use plastic bottles or eat on site or with plastics. I longer uses the microwave to reheat food. I filter my water with a reverse osmosis filter is very important. Moreover, many hormones injected into cows to defecate and urinate on their system and end up in our water supply. It takes months to decompose and they are not filtered before they come through our taps. Furthermore, by liver, kidney and colon cleanse helps a little. Liver health and balance is really important for all metabolic hormones and what not in our system.
