Natural herbal remedy for hormone imbalance?
For years, my sister has been struggling with mild depression and mania. She has been on all types of drugs available for the western depression, mood swings, bi-polar and BPD. Nothing has helped without its restructuring into a zombie. This problem appears to cycle with her menstrual cycle and which leads us to believe that is connected to hormones.
