I am depressed all the time, sometimes for no reason .. my mind is running 24 / 7, sometimes I am so overwhelmed with thoughts I just breakdown and cry .. I was more introverted everyday. feel alone, even if around friends and family .. cause problems between me and my girlfriend .. I started seeing a therapist, and I felt bad after he left. a little despair, it never felt that?
