What natural remedies can I take for depression?
I am a 40 year old man suffering from clinical depression and anxiety. I am currently under the care of doctors and prescription medication.However I heard some foods and natural remedies can help with emotions and endorphins. I want to eat healthier and live fairly close to Whole Foods Supermarket? Can anyone help me?
