How can I overcome my depression of losing a job (although paid) and can not get the quality and the salary and benefits as I did in this kind of market?

Ever had a these days? You know the kind … one who feels like it never ends! You're depressed and you do not know why, or maybe you do. But regardless, anyway, you need to kick that ugly mood! You need to regain control of your emotions to yourself and those around you. If you've been in a severe depression for a unhealthy amount of time, you may need to seek professional advice. But if you simply a case of the blues, here are some ideas to help you get on the mound. Try some or all of these so you can smile again. 1. Go shopping! buy something nice for yourself you perk place. Or sometimes to buy something special for someone else will do even more! 2. Dance, Dance, Dance! Put some fast music and burn this negative energy. Running through the house, jump, roll and twirl! Pretend to be a ballerina or maybe a rock star. 3. Scream! Bury your face in a pillow and let all that. Speak your mind and release the emotions curved upwards. This may be an eternal process of purification. 4. Write it! Get out that pen and paper or jump on the computer and the release of all your frustrations! If you are upset by a particular person, write them a detailed letter and say you burn when you feel better. Try create a poem or a song about it. Write a story that you're the main character and you are justified in the end. You can express your anger on the paper never really hurt anyone. You will usually feel relief when you're done and can begin the process of forgiveness. 5. Cry! Go ahead … Snotter and fat a bit. Clean your system, wash your face … and then go shopping. 6. Exercise. It's a proven fact that exercise can increase blood circulation, accelerate metabolism and increase energy. All these factors can help you feel yourself old. 7. Talk. Call a friend you can trust and spill your guts. Share your problems with them. They may even be able to offer some helpful advice. And if not, just to be able to share your feelings with another human being can help. 8. Spoil yourself! Treat yourself Hot Fudge Sunday that! While overeating can cause problems, there is nothing wrong with an occasional madness. Just be responsible and be good. 9. ! Turn on a funny laugh or see find someone to tell you a joke. Ask someone to tickle you or try to recall a funny experience you have had in the past. 10. Pray! Go down on your knees and talk to the floor man. Sometimes you will feel a release when you start actually talk about what bothers you. In addition, it takes the burden off of you … After all, your "Daddy" must do now. I hope some these get back to normal. And remember … This too shall pass!
