What is the best cure for post-natal depression?
Other than anti-depressants prescribed, so I'm stoned / drugged and Now I usually take the doc says they will dry up my milk. What helps more? just want answers from women who have experience, thank you!

So ask for a referral to a professional mental health who specializes in treating depression. This seems worse than it is. And finally, if you need anti-depressants, then take them. It will affect the baby and even less to be fed by bottle hormonely have an unstable mother. Think about it seriously.
