Vulvodynia. Is there a natural cure / treatment that works?

I was given an antidepressant drug by my OB / GYN vulvodynia. I have wayyy too many side effects from it. I want to know if there are natural treatments like herbs that can work. I'm at wit's end. I hope someone who got lucky with this condition will be able to help me.
