What is the difference between clinical depression and the situation?

Is major depression or clinical situation or both?

Clinical depression does not improve by itself. Medical help is needed. Situational depression will lessen and disappear. Sometimes a helping hand with wart St. John's helps. My best advice, make an appointment with your family doctor or any doctor you feel at ease.
