supplements for depression

Anyone have positive results taking natural depression supplements as advertised online?

Just wondering if it’s worth buying supplements online such as Clarocet, Amoryn, Vitilif etc. Anyone have success with these or any other products? I just dont want to take prescription medication, only as a last resort.

There’s no substitute for vitamin B complex, omega 3/6, and lots of nourishing natural foods in combination with lots of outdoor activity.
